All prices on our website are displayed in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise indicated.
- Prices include the product cost but do not include shipping fees, sales tax, or customs duties, which are calculated at checkout
- If you are paying in a different currency, your bank or payment provider will convert the amount at their prevailing exchange rate. Additional currency conversion fees may apply depending on your financial institution
- We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time without prior notice. However, price changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed
- In the event of a pricing error, we will contact you before processing the order and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel
05Sales Tax & Customs Duties
Sales Tax
Sales tax is applied where required by law and is calculated based on the shipping destination. The applicable tax amount will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your order.
International Orders — Customs & Import Duties
For international orders, your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country's government. Please note:
- Customs duties and import taxes are not included in our product prices or shipping costs
- These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are collected by your local customs authority upon delivery
- We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount
- We recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing an international order
06Authorization & Verification
To protect both you and Loweastore from unauthorized transactions, we may take the following verification steps:
- Address Verification (AVS): We verify that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your card issuer
- CVV Verification: The 3 or 4-digit security code on your card is required for all transactions
- 3D Secure Authentication: For eligible cards, you may be redirected to your bank's verification page for additional security
- Order Review: Orders that are flagged by our fraud detection system may be held for manual review. In this case, we may contact you to verify your identity before processing the order

07Failed & Declined Payments
If your payment is declined, it may be due to one of the following reasons:

- Your bank has blocked the transaction for security reasons
- The card has expired or has been reported lost/stolen

08Refunds & Cancellations
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet been shipped. To cancel, contact us at [email protected] with your order number. If the cancellation is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Refunds are always credited to the original payment method used at checkout. We do not issue refunds via alternative methods. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
09Promotional Codes & Discounts
- Promotional codes can be applied at checkout in the designated "Discount Code" field
- Only one promotional code can be used per order unless otherwise stated
- Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless explicitly specified
- Codes are subject to expiration dates and may have minimum purchase requirements
- We reserve the right to void or cancel any promotional code that has been obtained through unauthorized means, including bulk generation, scraping, or sharing on unauthorized coupon sites
- If an order is returned, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid, not the original retail price
- Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
