To protect both you and Loweastore from unauthorized transactions, we may take the following verification steps:

• Address Verification (AVS): We verify that the billing address you provide matches the address on file with your card issuer
• CVV Verification: The 3 or 4-digit security code on your card is required for all transactions
• 3D Secure Authentication: For eligible cards, you may be redirected to your bank's verification page for additional security

Refund Process

• Promotional codes can be applied at checkout in the designated "Discount Code" field
• Only one promotional code can be used per order unless otherwise stated
• Promotional codes cannot be combined with other offers or discounts unless explicitly specified
• Codes are subject to expiration dates and may have minimum purchase requirements
• We reserve the right to void or cancel any promotional code that has been obtained through unauthorized means, including bulk generation, scraping, or sharing on unauthorized coupon sites
• If an order is returned, the refund will reflect the discounted price paid, not the original retail price
• Gift cards and store credits are non-refundable and non-transferable
