01Return Eligibility
At Loweastore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer a generous 365-day return policy from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition
- All original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact
- Items must be returned in their original box or dust bag (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required
Items that do not meet these criteria may be refused or returned to you at your expense.
02How to Return an Item
Returning an item is simple. Follow these steps:
Contact our team at [email protected] or call +31722220100 with your order number and reason for return
We'll review your request and send you a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return shipping instructions
Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the RA number on the outside of the package
Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method
03Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow:
- 2–5 business days for the refund to be processed on our end
- Up to 10 business days for the refund amount to post to your account, depending on your financial institution
The refund amount will reflect the price you paid for the item. If the item was purchased with a promotional code or discount, the refund will be for the discounted price paid, not the original retail price.

05Exchanges
We're happy to help you exchange an item for a different size, color, or style. To request an exchange:
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order number and the item you'd like instead
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- If the replacement item is a different price, we will charge or refund the difference accordingly
- The original item must meet the same return eligibility criteria listed above
If the item you want is out of stock, we can process a full refund instead.
06Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, provided the item has not yet been shipped.
To cancel an order, contact us immediately at [email protected] or call +31722220100 with your order number. If approved, a full refund will be issued within 3–5 business days.
07Damaged & Defective Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the item and provide:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damage or defect
- Photos of the packaging (if damaged during shipping)
- A brief description of the issue
We will review your claim and offer one of the following resolutions:
- Full refund — credited to your original payment method
- Free replacement — a new item shipped to you at no cost
- Store credit — if you prefer to shop for something else
For damaged or defective items, you will not be responsible for return shipping costs.
08Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund within the expected timeframe, please take the following steps:
Review your recent transactions again — the refund may have been posted under a different name or date
It may take additional time before the refund is officially posted to your statement
Some banks have a processing period before the refund is reflected in your balance
If you've completed all the above steps and still haven't received your refund, please email us at [email protected] and we will investigate immediately
09Non-Refundable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Items that have been worn, used, washed, or altered
- Items without original tags, labels, or packaging
- Gift cards and store credits
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" at the time of purchase
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Intimate apparel and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
10Return Shipping
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent) or a defective/damaged product
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
- For international returns, any customs duties or taxes paid on the original shipment are non-refundable by Loweastore. Please contact your local customs office for information on recovering these fees
