Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. Please allow for both when estimating your delivery date.

Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, we begin preparing your items for shipment:

  • Standard processing time is 3–6 business days
  • During this time, your order is verified, carefully inspected, packed, and labeled for shipping
  • Processing times may be slightly longer during peak shopping seasons (holidays, sales events) or due to inventory restocking
  • You will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number once your order has been shipped

Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.

04Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all US orders over $75
  • For orders below $75, a flat-rate shipping fee applies and is displayed at checkout
  • Express Shipping is available for an additional fee, calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight
  • International shipping rates vary by country and are displayed before you confirm your order

All shipping costs are clearly shown at checkout before you complete your purchase — no hidden fees.

05Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can track your package using the links below:

"Label Created" status: If your tracking shows "Label Created" but no movement, it means the carrier has accepted your order but has not yet processed it. Please allow 2–3 business days for the first scan to appear. We appreciate your patience.

06International Shipping

We proudly deliver to customers worldwide. Please note the following for international orders:

  • International delivery times may be longer due to customs processing and local postal services
  • Your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your country's government
  • These fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs
  • We have no control over customs delays or charges and cannot predict their amount
  • We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering

07Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver every order on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Peak shopping seasons (holidays, Black Friday, etc.)
  • Inventory restocking or high order volume
  • Customs clearance processing for international orders
  • Severe weather conditions or natural disasters
  • Carrier-related delays beyond our control

If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.

08Lost & Damaged Packages

Lost Packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 15 business days, or if the estimated delivery window has passed, please contact us. We will:

  • Open an investigation with the shipping carrier
  • Work to locate your package or arrange a resolution
  • Offer a full refund or free reshipment if the package is confirmed lost

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please:

  • Take clear photos of the outer packaging and the damaged item(s)
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and your order number
  • We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you
